The Spoken Tutorial project, a transformative initiative under the 'Talk to a Teacher' activity of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), has been spearheaded by IIT Bombay for the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD), Government of India. At Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, we actively participate in this program, utilizing spoken tutorials to promote software development and its applications.

As part of this program, students engage in various courses facilitated by a multitude of videos available on the portal. Throughout the semester, under the guidance of mentors, students comprehend these tutorials in their labs. At our institute, it is mandatory for each student to actively participate in at least one course integrated into their curriculum.

Keeping in mind the interest of the IT professionals & computer users CSI works towards making the profession an area of choice amongst all sections of the society. The promotion of Information Technology as a profession is the top priority of CSI today. To fulfill this objective, the CSI regularly organizes conferences, conventions, lectures, projects, awards. And at the same time it also ensures that regular training and skill updating are organised for the IT professionals. Education Directorate, CSI helps physically challenged citizens by providing training ‘Punarjani’. CSI also works towards a global approach, by seeking out alliances with organizations overseas who may be willing to come forward and participate in such activities. CSI also helps governments in formulating IT strategy & planning.

Purpose of the Society

IoT Society of India was formed in response to the strongly felt need of Internet of Things (IoT) Users, Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Industries, and Academic Institutions, Government, Public, Private Organizations, Researchers and Scientific community who are using IoT directly or indirectly in India to come together under one umbrella of a professional society.

State Centres and Local Chapters

The operation of the Society is the territory of the Republic of India, The geographical areas in the territory of the Society are grouped into State Centres and Local Chapters, located in capital cities and towns of industrial and academic importance. These centers will organize various events and activities under the guidelines of the General Council.

indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is the leading National Professional non-profit making Society for the Technical Education in the field of engineering and technology registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. The organization established in the year 1941 with the motto of Career Development of Engineering Teachers and Personality Development of Students and overall development of our Technical Education System. At present, ISTE has a very large and an effective membership base consisting of 1,35,525 technical teachers as Life Members, 5 lakh Student members, 3052 Institutional Members (including IITs, IISc., NITs and other leading technical institutions), 1453 faculty chapters and 1649 students’ chapters and 19 Sections at State level throughout the country. The major objective of the ISTE is to provide quality training programmes to the teachers and the administrators of technical institutions. This is enabling to update their knowledge and skills in their fields and lead to the production and development of top-quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industry and other organisations.
